How long will it take to complete this course?
There are 9 hours of video content. However, the videos, combined with implementing the action items, are how you will see results. This course wasn't designed to be something you take once and never revisit. It was created as a comprehensive resource you can reference repeatedly as you build relationships and present opportunities throughout your real estate career. Building out your long-term networking calendar is something we launch in Module 1.
Do I need experience or connections to use this system?
No. This system is specifically designed for investors who don't have wealthy relatives, who don’t want to “ask” friends and family for money, investors who don’t have good credit, or existing connections. Our most successful students are a mix of new and experienced investors who simply followed the relationship-building and positioning strategies taught in the course.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
While individual results may vary, if you follow the system, you will begin to build your list of private money lenders as early as Module 1, which occurs within the first 7 days. On average, our students who follow the system are raising as little as 6 figures in the first 21 days. To have success, you MUST FOLLOW THE SYSTEM.
